Investing in larger apartment properties is an involved process. The larger the property the larger the risk and more likely the returns will be diluted.

We target 2-50 units, specific value add, garden style apartments that meet a specific criteria. We keep the circle of investors sized well to ensure favorable returns. It’s simple – we want to slice up the pie with large enough pieces for all. Our goal to build wealth together.
